With a well-versed background in advertising and information technology, Napier has had many opportunities to showcase his talent with audio/video work after graduating from Missouri in 1965. Since graduating, he has worked for a number of broadcasting companies, universities, and for the past ten years, the University of Florida Foundation, Inc. Currently he is chief technology officer.
Napier's dedication to Alpha Gamma Rho emanates through his numerous leadership roles. He has served as Executive Vice President (now referred to as Vice Grand President), and he served on the National Board of Directors from 1998 until 2004. He continues to serve the Fraternity as the Multimedia Coordinator, a position he has held since 2002. He has been an advocate for the Brotherhood Program, serving as a coach when the program was implemented in 1992, which involved conducting training programs at Iowa State, Missouri and Truman State. He has been involved with numerous committees and has provided fantastic presentations at various Alpha Gamma Rho conferences, meetings and Conventions throughout the years. Napier was also named an AGR Brother of the Century in 2004. His lifelong dedication to the Fraternity and outstanding service to his industry have qualified his recognition for the Alpha Gamma Rho Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame is to honor those Alpha Gamma Rho alumni who have made outstanding contributions to Alpha Gamma Rho and/or outstanding service in their professional work and/or exceptional service to mankind. Inductees should be held in high esteem as other AGRs reflect on the Brother's stature.
