Although our official transition won’t occur until February 2025, we want to equip you with as much information as possible. Transitioning to ChapterSpot will give all members a single sign-on experience under the AGRconnect branding. This experience will also offer an enhanced financial management tool through AGRconnect, called Greekbill. All chapters will be expected to utilize Greekbill to organize and track their chapter finances by August 1, 2025.
We have identified three groups of chapters to transition to Greekbill over the next several months. Each group has a set of specififc dates outlined below that will allow for a smooth transition.
For Chapters with OmegaFi Vault/LegFi Contracts Ending February 28, 2025
- October 30, 2024: End of all new collections request processes in Vault
- November 29, 2024: All open collections accounts will be cancelled in Vault
- December 20, 2024: Last day to print/mail Bill Pay checks, process any member refunds, and use the chapter’s purchasing card
- January 14, 2025: Last day to process member payments and payroll services in Vault. Stop payments on outstanding Bill Pay checks
- January 20, 2025: Last day to close all bill pay funds in Vault before they are moved to Home Office
For Chapters With OmegaFi Vault/LegFi Contract Ending May-August 2025
- February 28, 2025: End of all new collections request processes in Vault
- March 28, 2025: All open collections accounts will be cancelled in Vault
- April 30, 2025: Last day to print/mail Bill Pay checks, process any member refunds, and use the chapter’s purchasing card
- May 9, 2025: Last day to process member payments and payroll services in Vault. Stop payments on outstanding Bill Pay checks.
- May 14, 2025: Last day to close all bill pay funds in Vault before they are moved to Home Office
Chapters With No OmegaFi Vault/LegFi Contract
- We will begin to coordinate your Greekbill accounts throughout the summer of 2025.
