Adviser Forum accelerates the Alpha Gamma Rho Chapter Adviser learning curve by sharing practical training to effectively mentor both individual members and entire chapters. Over the course of a two-day experience, participants enhance their ability to facilitate, lead, and advocate on behalf of Alpha Gamma Rho and its membership. The collaborative environment is an opportunity to develop new tactics, share first-hand experiences, discuss programming, and name best practices for promoting collaboration with chapter leadership, alumni associations, school officials, Housemothers/House Directors, and Home Office staff in an open dialogue.
Participants take with them a plan of action To Make Better Men through improved member development and chapter performance.
This was a well-planned, highly impactful session and I gained a lot of insight ... It was of huge benefit.
