Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity is excited to announce that we are transitioning from OmegaFi to ChapterSpot as our new member database platform. We have heard your concerns and acknowledge we needed to provide better tools for your membership experience. We understand a transition like this is no small task, but we are committed to making this transition smooth and painless.
ChapterSpot is a product of the extremely successful business software, Salesforce, that provides integrated solutions that will help brothers become more efficient and connected.
ChapterSpot is widely used throughout the Greek community and has been proven to be the most innovative and visionary technology provider in the fraternal market. This new platform has the capacity to combine all of AGR’s current resources into one place including member and chapter updates/information, AGRconnect resources, learning modules, chapter billing, Educational Foundation lifetime giving and chapter fund information. This was not possible with previous platforms.
Alpha Gamma Rho will be focused on enhanced and timely communication with our membership as we go through this transition. We will share regular updates on how to navigate this conversion. Over the next several months, we will be hosting Town Hall sessions and training opportunities, sending step-by-step instructions, sharing crucial dates for chapters, and establishing support channels to ensure a smooth and successful changeover to ChapterSpot.
Town Hall sessions will begin October 28 and go through November 21. Anyone interested in attending a town hall will need to click on the date and time link to submit a name and email address. Those who sign up will receive an automatic email with a zoom link for the Town Hall they chose. The AGR Home Office and ChapterSpot staff will be available to assist members through the transition as well. Please select a date and time below to enroll in a Town Hall session.
