Fred McClure
Beta Nu Chapter, Texas A&M University
Brother Fred McClure from the Beta Nu Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, is in the Cotton Bowl Hall of Fame. A judging committee selected Brother McClure for his impact upon the success of the Cotton Bowl. His vision and leadership in 1998 secured a 16-year association with the SEC and FOX Sports, cementing the Cotton Bowl’s place on the top tier of college football bowl games.
Eli Manning, Terrell Buckley, Edd Hargett, Will Herring, Gary Pinkel, and Tony Temple join Brother McClure in the 13th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Hall of Fame class.
Brother McClure became a member of Alpha Gamma Rho in 1990.
Jon Niemann
Alpha Zeta Chapter, Kansas State University
The new CEO of Cooks Venture, a poultry business rooted in regenerative agriculture, is Brother John Niemann from the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas.
Cooks Venture is a pasture-raised chicken and meat company with proprietary genetics for a slower-growth, pasture-raised bird.
Brother Nieman is an entrepreneur, farmer, and business leader. He previously held the position President of Protein Ingredients & International at Cargill, one of the world’s leading food and agriculture companies.
He (John Niemann) has exceptional strategic capabilities, proven operational effectiveness, and an entrepreneurial nature which is exactly what is needed for the company’s next stage of growth.
Brother Niemann graduated from the Kansas State University College of Agriculture in 1993. During that time, he served as Vice Noble Ruler of Alpha Zeta Chapter. He continues to serve the Fraternity as a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho National Board of Directors.
Kent Winter

Kansas State University's 2023 Family of the Year is the family of Brother Kent Winter, Alpha Zeta (Kansas State). The family was recognized at the Kansas State University football game on Sept. 8, 2023.
The annual Kansas State University Family of the Year competition recognizes a family that shows great dedication to the university and community.
Brother Winter enrolled at Kansas State University in 1973, where he joined the Fraternity. He served as Noble Ruler of Alpha Zeta Chapter before graduating with a bachelor's degree in agronomy in 1977. He went on to earn a master's degree in soil fertility in 1979.
Wayne Davenport
Beta Lambda Chapter, Texas A&M University-Commerce
Brother Wayne Davenport from the Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Texas A&M University–Commerce in Commerce, Texas, is the new Senior Director of Advancement for the University of Missouri College of Arts and Science.
Brother Davenport previously worked as Senior Director of Development at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. During his tenure with the school, Brother Davenport served several years as Chapter Adviser and Alumni Director to the Beta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Tarleton State University.
As an undergraduate member of the Fraternity enrolled at Texas A&M University–Commerce in the early 2000's, Brother Davenport served as Noble Ruler, Vice Noble Ruler-Alumni Relations, and Vice Noble Ruler-Alumni Relations of Beta Lambda Chapter.
Coy Westbrook
Beta Nu Chapter, Texas A&M University
Brother Coy Westbrook from the Beta Nu Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, completed his clerkship with the Honorable Rebeca Aizpuru Huddle, Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. Brother Westbrook is now serving the state of Texas as Coleman Fellow in the office of the Solicitor General of Texas, Judd Edward Stone II.
Coleman Fellows, named for the Gregory S. Coleman Fellowship, aid in representing the state’s interests before state and federal appellate courts.
At Texas A&M University, Brother Westbrook served as Vice Noble Ruler-Membership Recruitment and Vice Noble Ruler-Alumni Relations before graduating magna cum laude. He graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2022.
