Jason Heath
Pi Chapter, Oklahoma State University
Brother Jason Heath from the Pi Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Oklahoma State University received the prestigious Mortar Board Top 10 Freshmen Award.
The award recognizes scholarship, outstanding leadership, and community service efforts during a student's first year in college. In addition to campus involvement, Brother Heath gave back to the local community through property clean-up efforts and provided coaching assistance for his hometown athletics department in Paris, Texas. He studies applied exercise science and joined Alpha Gama Rho in September 2022.
Lane Klepper

Brother Lane Klepper from Alpha Zeta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Kansas State University received the Joseph Lieber Memorial Cooperative Scholarship.
The Arthur Capper Cooperative Center in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University awards scholarships to students enrolled in programs emphasizing cooperative education and cooperative businesses. It has awarded nearly $100,000 since its establishment in 2005.
Brother Klepper is a student fellow in the Center for Risk Management Education and Research (CRMER) and is a member of the K-State Agricultural Economics/Agribusiness Club where he served as membership chair. He is the Noble Ruler of Alpha Zeta Chapter and previously served as Vice Noble Ruler–Activities
Nathan Laudan

Brother Nathan Laudan from the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Kansas State University received the Agriculture Future of America Bridge Builder Award.
The award recognizes Agriculture Future of America alumnus who remain engaged with the organization and are making waves in their career, communities, or the agriculture, food, and natural resources industries. Who build bridges for young leaders, fostering engagement and innovation in food and agriculture.
Brother Laudan received the award at AFA Leader Conference, where he and two other finalists competed in front of a large audience attending the Bridge Builder Celebration on Nov. 11, 2023.
He serves on the Alpha Zeta Chapter Alumni Association and is former Chapter Adviser to Beta Xi (Texas Tech), Beta Phi (Idaho), and Gamma Eta (SUNY-Cobleskill). Prior to graduating in 2016 with a degree in food sciences, he served as Alpha Zeta Chapter's Vice Noble Ruler-Recruitment.

Brother Peter Bachmann from Beta Eta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho at Virginia Tech is the new CEO of USA Rice.
USA Rice, formally known as USA Rice Federation, started in 1994 and is the global advocate for all segments of the U.S. rice industry, according to its website. Its membership includes the Rice Millers’ Association (RMA), USA Rice Council, U.S. Rice Producers’ Group (now USA Rice Farmers), and USA Rice Merchants' Association.
Brother Bachmann succeeded Betsy Ward, who retired after 18 years at USA Rice (16 as president & CEO). He was USA Rice vice president of policy & government affairs since 2019. Prior to that, he was senior advisor to U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue.
Brother Bachmann graduated with a bachelor's degree in dairy science and dairy enterprise management in 2013. As a collegiate member, he served as Bet Eta Chapter's Vice Noble Ruler-Recruitment.
