Alumni Recruitment Mentor
The Alumni Recruitment Mentor serves as a guide and supports the Vice Noble Ruler-Membership Recruitment resulting in an effective recruitment program for the chapter. Through ongoing advice and counsel, the partnership creates an organized and sustained emphasis on effective recruitment including training, communications, and securing alumni recruitment involvement and support. Chapter Adviser
Facilitator, provider of continuity, visionary, leader, advocate, an Alpha Gamma Rho Chapter Adviser is all of these and more. The basic function of the Chapter Adviser is to provide guidance and mentor individual members and chapters toward success while staying in contact with the Chapter's associates (alumni groups, Home Office staff, Housemother/House Directors, and school administrators.) The National Fraternity encourages Chapter Advisers to attend events including Adviser Forum, Leadership Seminars, National Convention, and Top Leaders Institute.
